The Radio Polity: Construction-Site Democracy, Technocratic Domination and Bureaucratic Patriotism in Uganda

In the Rwenzori region of Uganda, radio drives “bureaucratisation world.” By encouraging creation “listeners’ forums,” it produces pernickety technocrats and watchful citizens.
